Overview

Our return policy is valid for 10 days from the date of delivery. After 10 days, we may not be able to offer a refund, return, or exchange.

Due to the customized and installation-based nature of our products and services, returns are accepted only under specific conditions mentioned below.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
  • The item must be returned with original packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice.
  • The product should not have been installed, modified, calibrated, or physically damaged after delivery.

Returns are subject to inspection and approval by SMART Home Cinema.


Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-returnable:

  • Customized home cinema solutions
  • Acoustic panels, fabric systems, and made-to-order products
  • Installed or wall-mounted products
  • Projectors, AV receivers, speakers, or electronics damaged due to improper handling or electrical issues
  • Software licenses and downloadable products
  • Calibration, installation, consultancy, or design services
  • Clearance, promotional, or special-order items

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order details
  • Photos/videos showing the issue
  • Packaging condition images

Once verified, we will arrange replacement, repair, or support as applicable under manufacturer warranty terms.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Shipping, installation, calibration, and service charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank.
  3. Allow additional processing time.

Exchanges

We only replace products if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during transit

Cancellation Policy

Orders for customized products, imported products, or special procurement items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

For standard products, cancellation requests must be made before dispatch. Payment gateway charges or transaction fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage. We recommend using insured and trackable shipping services for high-value AV products.
